    According to the requirements of technical specifications and working conditions, our company uses excellent aramid fiber as raw material, adopts international advanced standards, and uses advanced production equipment to manufacture aramid high-temperature needle punched filter felt. The surface layer of filter material adopts aramid fiber. The surface layer and base cloth layer are combined through multiple needle pricking, singeing and calendering finishing, and the whole is impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), After high-temperature sintering, a dense protective film is wrapped on the fiber surface, which greatly improves the comprehensive performance of the filter material.
    Aramid needle felt filter bag has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. The aramid needle felt filter bag is sewn with excellent PTFE sewing thread with high strength, good wear resistance and temperature resistance above 260 ℃ and imported full-automatic filter bag production line to ensure the processing quality of the product.
    1. Material description
    U aramid
    Aramid can withstand the temperature below 200 ℃ under dry conditions. It is a polycondensation polymer like polyester. It is a filter material used in high-temperature applications where polyester will be brittle and fail. Aramid fiber has very good bending resistance and wear resistance, which is better than most synthetic fibers. Special technology is usually used for singeing or other post-treatment.
    Non stick: the surface is smooth. It is a very small surface tension in solid materials and does not adhere to any substances.
    2. Process flow of aramid needle felt filter bag
    The base cloth of Kevlar needle felt filter bag adopts excellent high-strength Kevlar long fiber and is woven into high-strength Kevlar base cloth to ensure that the filter material has sufficient mechanical strength. After pretreatment process and heat setting processing, high-performance Kevlar base cloth with excellent physical and chemical indexes and stable size is made.

    3. Product characteristics of aramid needle felt filter bag

    (1) Low energy consumption
    Aramid needle felt filter bag base cloth is made of high-strength aramid filament with soft texture. It has good jitter during ash cleaning, easy dust stripping, low ash cleaning pressure and less ash cleaning times, which can effectively reduce the consumption of compressed air, reduce the amount of maintenance and save the operation cost. The aramid needle felt filter bag is not affected by special powder and gas, so it has very good applicability.
    (2) High filtering precision
    In order to ensure the filtration accuracy, our company takes aramid fiber as the surface layer. The surface filter layer formed by impregnating the fiber with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is more dense than the ordinary filter material filter layer, forming A-type structure on the micro level. The filtration mechanism belongs to surface filtration. Processed by impregnation membrane process, the filter material has small pore diameter and high porosity, which improves the filtration accuracy of the filter material, It can separate all the dust larger than the micropore diameter, so the dust purification efficiency is high and stable, and it is easy to meet the dust emission requirements.

    The aramid fiber used in the filter bag of aramid needle felt is not thermoplastic fiber, which has long-term thermal stability and can be used for a long time in the range of - 196-204 ℃; The shrinkage is only 1% at 250 ℃, and it will not embrittle, soften or melt when exposed to high temperature of 300 ℃ for a short time, and the dimensional stability is very good; Within 100 hours at 260 ℃, the mechanical strength remains 65% of the original; A small amount of gas, such as CO2, Co, N2, etc., can be decomposed only above 370 ℃.
    (4) High flame retardancy
    The aramid fiber used in the aramid needle felt filter bag will not continue to burn when it leaves the flame. Anti oxygen index (LOI ≥ 28), belonging to intrinsically flame retardant fiber; Neither spontaneous combustion nor combustion supporting. Even if it is ignited, it will self extinguish after removing the flame; Not like ordinary thermoplastic fibers, they will suddenly soften and burn without producing droplets.
    (5) Good corrosion resistance
    The aramid needle felt filter bag has outstanding corrosion resistance. The aramid fiber has stable chemical structure, can withstand most high concentration inorganic acids, has good alkali resistance at room temperature, and is also very stable to other chemical reagents and organic solvents. Moreover, after PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) impregnation treatment, the filter material can resist the erosion of various acids, alkalis and other corrosive substances, and the base cloth will not be eroded in use.
    (6) Good oil and water repellency
    The whole filter bag of aramid needle felt is impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to enhance the hydrophobicity of the filter material. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) lotion impregnation makes the surface of the filter material smooth and the friction coefficient low, which eliminates the adsorption of the filter material to water and effectively reduces the hardening phenomenon after condensation.

    The sewing of filter bag shall comply with relevant provisions of industrial standards HJ / t326-2006 and GB / T 12625. Cutting with CNC slitting machine, with stable size and no deviation; The bag barrel sewing is controlled by a continuous production line, and the product quality is better and more stable; The bag mouth expansion ring adopts stainless steel expansion ring. The upper and lower pieces of the bag body stitch are flat, the interface parts of the bag mouth and bag bottom are folded evenly, and there will be no gap when the filter bag is installed on the flower board. The bag body adopts high-strength PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) thread sewing system to prevent thread opening caused by corrosion; Guide and manage each production process in strict accordance with the standards of ISO9001:2008 quality management system, and establish the concept of ***** quality management. More than 50 processes are required from raw material inspection, cleaning to finished product warehousing. Each process is equipped with key quality control points to strengthen quality control in the production process.
