The fiber has good flexibility and holding force, which can significantly improve the composite fastness and overall strength of the filter material. P84 (polyimide) fiber base cloth ensures that the filter material has sufficient mechanical strength. The unique post-treatment production process and "polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) mixed solution", the whole product is impregnated and then sintered at high temperature, so that the fiber surface is wrapped into a protective film, which greatly improves the oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and dimensional stability of the filter material; Enhance the hydrophobicity of filter material.

(1) Good temperature resistance
P84 (polyimide) fiber is selected under the instantaneous high temperature of 260 ℃, which can fully ensure that the strength of the filter material will not lose at high temperature. Under normal working conditions, the service temperature can be controlled between above the dew point and 260 ℃.
(2) Corrosion resistance
P84 (polyimide) fiber has good corrosion resistance. In addition, after the overall filter material is treated with corrosion resistance and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) will form a dense protective film on the fiber surface, which improves the anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion performance of the filter material. Therefore, the filter bag will suffer little erosion during operation.

The filter material is impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and permeated with membrane at high temperature. The surface is smooth, the dust stripping rate is high, and it is easy to remove the ash. A small number of dust entering the interior of the filter material. Due to the narrow front and wide rear channels formed by the filter material, the dust can pass through the filter material to reduce the accumulation, which will not lead to the blockage of the filter material. Maintain the long-term operation of the filter material, and slow down the rise and change speed of the inherent resistance of the filter material, so that the filter material can realize easy ash removal, no blockage and stable system operation.
(4) Strong stability
P84 (polyimide) needle felt filter bag is made of high-performance P84 (polyimide) base cloth. It is strong and stable. After pretreatment process, the physical and chemical indexes are significantly improved. The filter material is impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and shaped at high temperature. The shrinkage is very small at high temperature, which will not affect the gap between the filter bag and the bag cage and ensure the ash removal effect.
(5) Water and oil repellent, anti condensation
P84 (polyimide) needle felt filter bag is impregnated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to enhance the hydrophobicity of the filter material, and then processed by high-temperature membrane infiltration process. Therefore, the filter material has good water and oil repellency and anti condensation function.
